Builds the record itself automatically
Your email and forwarded WhatsApp messages turn into deals, contacts, and companies. No manual input necessary.
Graft reads your email and forwarded WhatsApp, builds your deals, and keeps them current. It flags who’s waiting and writes the next task, so your reps can just sell.
Your email and forwarded WhatsApp messages turn into deals, contacts, and companies. No manual input necessary.
Active deals move through stages as their status evolves. Graft writes the next task and flags the follow-up before it slips.
See which deals need you, and why. Gone quiet. Waiting on you. Ready to close. Each flag links to the message behind it.
Ask what’s stuck, who’s gone quiet, who to chase today. Graft answers from your own deals and drafts the follow-up so you can send from your inbox.
Answers come from your own deals, scoped to what you’re allowed to see.
Pulling your active deals.
You have 3 active deals, worth ~₦9.1M together (One has no deal value set).
Paystack is the one to move on. Want a follow-up drafted for the two that need a reply?
Graft studies what you’ve closed, then brings you matched leads a month. Real name, role, company, verified email, ready to drop into your pipeline.
Built from your closed-won deals. Editable target profile in settings as well.
Graft joins, transcribes, and turns what was agreed into tasks on the right deal. Nobody types up a summary afterwards.
Ends calls with the summary and the tasks already on the deal.
Pricing agreed, contract requested
Sarah Adeoye walked through the revised pricing for the 3-seat annual plan and confirmed it works for Novatech. She noted the team had reviewed it internally and budget is now approved on their side, so pricing and scope are settled. The main driver is timing: they want to be up and running before month end, which is why they’re pushing to get the contract signed this week.
A lot of selling here happens over WhatsApp, so it’s a proper channel in Graft. Forward or paste a chat and Graft pulls the deal out of it.

Every email, forwarded chat and stage change lands on the same board, tagged with who did it. Managers get the numbers without asking for them, and anyone who only needs read-only access can get a viewer seat.
Team performance
Compared to last quarterWin rate climbed to 75%, up 37 points. 2 deals have gone quiet in Proposal, the biggest leak, where 58% of deals advance to Won. Your cycle time has stretched to 78 days against a team median of 58. Two things worth clearing before close.
Graft records who emailed, who forwarded, who moved the stage. The history of a deal is already written.
Win rate, cycle time, deals by stage, forecast, what’s stalled. Built from the same conversations, so nobody updates anything.
₦2,500 a month for people who need read-only access to the pipeline without actively working on it.
Your data security
Reading your threads is how the pipeline builds itself, so Graft takes what a deal needs and leaves the rest alone. Your company is the controller of all of it. We don’t sell your data, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want, under the NDPA 2023.
Your email threads, and only the WhatsApp messages you forward. Exclude domains at setup and internal or personal mail stays out of it.
Graft doesn’t send anything currently. It drafts replies for you to send from your own inbox. When sending arrives, it’d be solely based on your permission. Nobody at Graft reads your mail, and your data is never sold or used for anything beyond your own pipeline.
Every field is editable so you can alter it, every stage or detail manually editable. Graft shows the ‘source’ behind each update it makes.
